Q-   What type of payment you accept?
A-   We accept cash, all major credit cards, cashier checks or money orders.
Q-    Do you require a deposit?
A-    Yes, to reserve your Bouncer ,
        we do require a deposit of 30% of the rental
         price. Units will not be reserved until a
         deposit has been made. Please be advised you
          will be charged 50% of your deposit for any cancellations.

Q-   What if it rains?
A-   We do not set up during heavy rain or high wind conditions. If severe
     weather conditions are predicted, we will call the day before delivery to
      discuss options, should a cancellation accrue because of weather
      conditions we will refund your deposit.

Q-   Are your delivery and setup charges included in your prices?

A-   Yes, we provide free setup and delivery to MOST locations, additional charges may apply, depends on the mileage.

Q-  How far in advance do I need to reserve a bouncer or slide? 
A- We recommend that you reserve your bouncer, or slide as soon 
      as you know the date of your event. In some cases we can deliver within two hours from the time you called, if the unit you desire is available. 

Q-  Do you have a time limit before additional chargers are required per rental?
A-  Yes, our initial rental time is, up to (8) eight hours, depend on time of the party. 

Q- Can we rent the Cotton Candy or Pop Corn machine without renting a bouncers or slide.
A- No, a bouncer or slide must be rented.   

Q-  Can I pick up the bouncer or slide and set it up myself?   
A- No, we are always thinking of safety first, all of our units must be set up
      and taken down by us. The units are very, very, heavy; it is best that we
      provide the man power needed for the job.

Q-  Should I be concern about the set up area? 
A- yes , we do require an area that is flat and grassy, Some units cannot be set up on none grassy areas so with that in mind please advised us if you have concrete or pavement, we also need the area free of roots, pet waste, sticks and mud. We may refuse set up if area is not clean. We will need at least a 20x20 feet area, must have a clearance overhead of at least 20 feet no power lines, tree branches, or overhangs.
